Qualifications

Responsibilities
- The Digital Marketing Assistant would collaborate and assist the BAD IDEA team in all aspects of the business, especially creative.
- The key functions would be helping set strategy and represent the brand across various social channels and brand initiatives.
- They will develop content, including photos/videos and will also partner with outside marketing prospects to grow overall consumer engagement, raise brand awareness and increase sales conversion.
- Assist with the day-to-day management of brand kickstarters and in-shop initiatives.
- Report on monthly digital strategies and growth.
- Assist on content ideation.

Freelance Graphic Designer
Qualifications
- At least five years graphic design experience in comics or other new media properties.
- Demonstrated proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Creative Suite.
- Knowledgeable of book traditions and typographic conventions pertaining to comics.
- Strong time management, follow-up, and follow-through skills.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator is required
- Keen sense of layout, and the proven ability to select and sequence images for publication.
- Great attitude/team player with excellent communication skills.
- A portfolio that shows great ideation, design, and type skills.

Qualifications:

- General understanding of the Direct Market of comics shops and their workings
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for direct market retailers.
- Manage and resolve any issues while delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist the finance team with outstanding retailer payments.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to boost retailer engagement, increase sales, and promote new releases.
- Regularly communicate with retailers to provide updates.
- Analyze retailer feedback and provide valuable insights to enhance our products and services.
